About me
I am a researcher at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena. My research interests are organization theories, especially institutional theories, big data, and digital transformation. More specifically, I apply natural language processing tools to investigate how organizations’ interpretation of social issues leads to change or stabilization of institutional fields (see publications).
Currently, I am member of the international network New Institutionalism, the Digital Humanities Network at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and the German Informatics Society. Furthermore, I am a member of the Jena Computational Organizational Research Applications (JenCORA) group, whose goal is to develop and provide big-data tools for organizational researchers.
In my free time I like to spend time with analog and digital photography.
